We aim to describe and photograph our handmade clothing as accurately as possible. However, because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, stitching, pattern placement, measurements, and finish are normal and part of the character of handmade products. These variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for claiming that the item is not as described.
Colors may also appear differently on different screens or devices. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colors identically to the final Product.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Handmade production, customizations, and external factors (such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events) may affect actual delivery times.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided or upon collection by the carrier, depending on applicable law and the shipping method used. Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout—additional fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Because our garments are handmade, our return and exchange policy may be more limited than mass‑produced retailers. In general, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong Product.
